When to upgrade your plan: a checklist for growing sellers

Your trial gives you the full Growth plan. Here's how to settle on the right plan — and when to move up to Pro or Enterprise.

Every new store starts on a 14-day free trial of the full Growth plan — the AI agent, full analytics, up to 200 products, all of it. When the trial ends you pick a plan to keep selling, and most sellers are right at home on Growth. But as you scale there's a point where Pro or Enterprise starts to pay for itself. Here's how to spot it — with the maths.

Here's how to know if that's you.

You've hit your product limit — and you have more to add

Growth supports 200 products — plenty for most stores. But if you carry a wide catalogue and you're bumping that ceiling, every product you can't list is a potential sale that doesn't happen. Customers can't buy what they can't see.

This one alone is usually enough reason to move up. Pro removes the product limit entirely.

You're spending more than 30 minutes a day answering the same questions

"How much is this?" "Do you deliver to Kano?" "What sizes do you have?"

Your trial's AI agent answers those automatically, 24/7 — and it stays with you on Growth. If it's saving you an hour a day (five hours a week, twenty a month), that time alone usually justifies the subscription. The real question at the end of the trial isn't whether to pay — it's whether you can face typing all this by hand again.

You're making consistent sales but flying blind

Once you're at ₦100k+ a month, you need to understand what's driving it. Which products are converting? Which days are strongest? Which customers buy more than once?

Without analytics, you're restocking by feel and marketing by guess. The difference between running a business and hoping for the best is data.

Your transaction fee is becoming noticeable

Growth: 1% per order. Pro & Enterprise: 0%.

If you're doing ₦1,000,000 a month in sales, Growth's 1% is ₦10,000 in fees. Pro's 0% saves that every month — on top of the dedicated WhatsApp number, POS and unlimited products it adds. Below a few hundred thousand a month, Growth's 1% is negligible and Growth is the right home; the higher your volume climbs, the more Pro pays for itself.

What each upgrade actually gives you

Growth (₦15,000/mo) is everything in your trial: the AI Sales Agent, full analytics, expense tracking, barcodes, marketing tools, up to 3 team members and 200 products. Home for most sellers.

Growth → Pro adds a dedicated WhatsApp number, POS terminal, tax report with VAT export, unlimited products, and up to 10 team members. This is for sellers running something that resembles a real company.

Pro → Enterprise is multi-location support, up to 5 stores, and a dedicated account manager. For businesses with branches or multiple product lines that need centralised oversight.

The quick test

Take your online store revenue last month. If the next plan up costs less than 3% of that number, the barrier to upgrading is psychological, not financial. Any time saved, any fee reduction, any customer won through better tooling will more than cover it.
